Sheri L. Mackey
Sheri is a leader and Executive Coach for Fortune 100 Global Companies, as well as an international speaker focusing on leadership in a global context. Ms. Mackey is an expert in global leadership, cross-cultural communications and global business operations. Throughout an exemplary career working with noted firms such as 3COM Corporation, Cisco Systems, DHL and Panalpina, Sheri has been consistently recognized as a knowledgeable and influential leadership expert. She was one of the founding members and the CEO of Luminosity Global Consulting Group, as well as the entrepreneurial founder of The Global LABB. Currently, Sheri leads Stratecomm Global, as well as serving as a Professor of Global Business at Pepperdine University, with her research focusing on
global diversity and cultural integration in global organizations. Ms. Mackey has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Maryland, an MBA from the University of Cambridge in International Management, and a PhD in Global Leadership and Change.

She is a licensed executive coach with a focus on helping professionals bring diverse cultures together to fuel innovation and global success, while creating new levels of operational efficiency in organizations worldwide.

In addition to her work with global organizations, Sheri Lynn is an adjunct Professor of Global Business at Pepperdine University and conducts research focusing on diversity, inclusion, and cultural integration in global teams.
